What are the terms of the free trial?
During the 30-day trial period, you may create one server with a configuration costing up to $100. You will have 5000 GB of free traffic available, unless you deploy a server in our Hong Kong data center, which will have a limit of 1000 GB. Customers must provide a valid credit card to start the trial, but the card will not be charged if you stay within the usage limits stated above. If you wish to cancel the free trial, you can simply terminate your server without incurring any charges. However, if you do not cancel before the trial ends, we will begin charging for services used.
Who is eligible for a free trial?
Customers that are new to Kamatera and have a valid physical credit card are eligible to use our free trial. Customers must also be able to receive an SMS for verification purposes.
What can I do with the free trial?
Our 30-day free trial is intended for you to test out our cloud environment so that you can get a feel for our platform before deciding if would like to become a paying customer. You can deploy a server in one of our data centers and run tests in compliance with our acceptable usage policy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Kamatera Accepts physical credit cards only. This included Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is Kamatera GDPR compliant?
Yes, Kamatera is GDPR compliant. We take data protection and privacy very seriously, and have implemented measures to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements. You can find more details about it in our DPA which can be found on our website.
Does Kamatera offer managed hosting services?
Yes, we offer unmanaged as well as managed services. This includes managing your server’s operating system and system configuration.
How are your data centers secured?
All our data centers are secured and guarded with surveillance, and constant monitoring. Only authorized staff are allowed access, and third-party contractors or visitors require security clearance to enter and are escorted while on the premises.
